New Exercise Class
We will be starting a new exercise class a week from Tuesday (July 20th) for anyone fifty and above. It will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at the church.We will concentrate on getting moving, balance, and strength training. It will not be as strenuous as the MWF class. It will be taught by Anne Sharpe. Everyone is invited.
